UK "Researchers" sleazy on document release

According to Kentucky law, if an agency doesn't file in state court to challenge an open records opinion of the attorney general, that order becomes law. In my case, the University of Kentucky did not file suit, and thus had an obligation to disclose the records. Ahhhh, but oh what a tangled web we weave when we deceive, and deceive is just what Mr. Ormslee did.

Instead of sending me the exact documents that he provided during the meeting, he made the map, which is the least controversial of the documents, and the ones that are probably the "control" in their study, and made it fill most of the page. But, it had been reduced a bit, and the two "visualizations" that are the most controversial and, more than likely, the heart of their study, although they aren't admitting it, were reduced to tiny thumbnails where you couldn't see anything. That isn't what they gave out at the meeting.

I wrote to Ormslee last night, and his attorney Cox, and told them that it wasn't settled because they had not provided me with the documents that they gave out that night. I also repeated my request for the video and audio recordings that they made. That would tell the entire story, and I can't wait for it to be released. It will show just how deceitful the university has been.

I'll keep posting what is going on with this. Shame on University of Kentucky. You really look bad. And if you think I won't file suit, you don't know me.
